    Restaurant under renovations

    Client: restaurant

    Revenue: 70K off season (winter), 130K during the season (May through September);
    Annual revenue 2016: $1M+; S-corp

    Problem: they have closed on 3/14 for renovations for the next 4-6 weeks. Have buildings permits for the renovation, fire systems reinstallation.
    Credit score is good (close to 700) and they are still putting money into the bank (usually it's processing, but now deposits only). They are looking for 100-150K right now (so, no SBA or other lengthy processes) to get the new decor and some new equipment in.

    Question: who can do this?

    WBL can put together a deal like this, but it will take a few weeks to fund. I don't think it's likely they will have many other options.

    Great response and very up front, Zach.

    Truth sells me every time. I can smell it out like an 82' Chateau Margaux in a blind tasting, even though right now I'm drinking a bottle of $14 Estancia from Walgreens, I'm dreaming.

    This forum appreciates the upfront honesty. It saves us all a bunch of time. We'd rather be spending that extra time drinking mediocre wine and snacking on cheese boards.

    Cheers.

    They should qualify for an equipment lease easily. Let me know if I can help.

    If your customer is paying for his renovations out of his cash reserves you need to slap him upside the head and tell him to keep his money in the bank. You can preserve their working capital by finance 100% of their equipment cost plus 10% (or more) of their related softcost like freight and construction cost.
