What are the commissions on factoring 1MM of AR?

Like any other factoring on going up to 10-20% fee collected a month for on going.

I'm pretty sure I've seen this deal. Tax lien has destroyed his credit, and RE was not as strong as it seemed. :-( Hope I am wrong.

Obvious: If the client is doing 250k per month, why are the receivables so high? Issue here (in addition to what was stated by others on thread) is net receivables. Pediatrician is billing X but the Insurance Companies are likely only paying 1/2 X.
