I could not find the promotion bar.... so i was banking on one of our boys hitting the reply and calling me out on my abuse quicker then a game contender hits the buzzer on a 100K prize answer. (when they are broke and confident they know the answer).

i never had my my micro files funded with fewer stips
mantis requests a pretty heavy stip list and usually takes over 10 hours for an approval/decline
just my experience
