Brokerage Seeking Ability To Charge Fees
Never really charged fees before,
would like to sign up with a company to charge fees through.
ACH works, first ACH, etc won't allow a broker to sign up, they will only work with direct funders.
Anyone out there know of/ work for a company that will allow a broker to charge fees?

We have a solution for you to collect your fees.
Quick Overview:
*Activate your Merchant Account in just 15 minutes
*You will receive your payments via email within 5 minutes.
*You get paid 100% of the amount billed.
*Your merchant processing fees are billed separately.

Don't spend money on ACH unless you're doing the funding and need something automatic. It happens to be that @Yankeeman7's solution is the same thing, you just need to pay for a service.
It's something called a Check Draft and make a deposit with your smartphone. It's a completely legal way to draw money from a merchant if they agreed. They don't need to sign the check, that's the coolest part. You just need a signed agreement that he agrees to pay the fee via Check Draft (or recorded on the phone, like @Yankeeman7 is suggesting).
eCheckDirect.com has 2 free checks/month, and some small monthly fee for 10/month. No software download, create via PDF, and print on any check stock paper.
PM me or email me and I'll help you out.Last edited by abfunders; 03-29-2017 at 08:25 AM.

5 Minite Check Payment
Our System is NOT the same as echeckdirect.com --
eCheckDirect does not verify nor guarantee funds in your clients' bank account. " Banking Systems do not provide an automated method to verify funds. "
We do have a system to verify funds - NOT Guarantee - Also since echeck check do not have a "Signature" many banks will not accept them.. Wells Fargo. Td Bank, Compass, BB&T (you have to have an account for at least 1 year) banks to name a few.
Our checks have "Signature on File" "Preauthorized by Payor" - major difference when a customer attempts to dispute a withdrawal from their checking account.Dave Lambert, Business Development

Fair enough point. You'll have to do your research with your personal business bank.
Legally, check drafts are a valid check however.
Guaranteeing funds is nice - if you didn't get an email from the direct funder stating "we sent an ACH today to your client, here's the receipt." We know that there is $50k in the account today, so why do we need verification?
