PSF Agreement/Receipt
I'd like to save the trip to the lawyer...
Does anyone have a good broker/consultant contract for PSFing/consultant fees, and a copy of the receipt they send their clients?

Ask the company that is doing the ach for you. At the end of the day tey need to approve it and cover you.
