3rd Position - Weekly Payment
Is there any lender that would consider a 3rd position weekly payment for a client making $1,000,000/month?
Or a lender that would give $800k to consolidate 2 positions ($400k total balances).

3rd Position - Weekly Payment
Number 2 sounds more practical to me. Because I have done this multiple times.

3rd Position - Weekly Payment
I'd like to take a shot at this on a 3rd position. I have a few in house lenders who would entertain this pending the industry, daily balances, and the terms of the 2 previous deals this merchant took. Feel free to reach out if you're not already set up with a rep over here at Yellowstone.

3rd Position - Weekly Payment
WayUP,
Borrower would typically qualify based on income for $1.2M, but would need to have real estate and meet guidelines.
Let's talk.

Way Up - I am a direct funder and do a lot of large consolidations.
I do not stack, so I would need to pay off the first and second position and assuming his financials support it, provide additional cash out.
Monthly payment on $800k over our twenty four month term would be about $52k (actually on 23 payments). I would need to see the client's net monthly income at about $100k (which is only a 10% margin so well within the realm of reasonable) to pre-qualify. In order to qualify for the twenty four month term's lower payments, I need to pre-qualify the client for our 18 month term, then allow the lower payments over twenty four months if they prefer that option (which most do, since it is a better deal).
We can do weekly or monthly payments (numbers are the same either way).
Let me know if you would like to discuss.
Thanks,
Dan Page
