I have a Canadian Company looking to finance $360k in Equipment. Great credit, and 10 years TIB. The revenues were only $500k last year, projected $1.5 Million this year. They are willing to do $250k and pay the rest as the financials might not back up financing the full $360k. They also have $1.8 million in equipment that they bought last year free & clear and are willing to cross-collateralize- Equipment is at their California location.
