Anyone else having issues with Empire?

Hello guys, not sure if this is appropriate. Sent many deals to Empire, but for about 2 months now we haven't gotten any reply back from our rep (I'll choose to use no names for now) such as declined or approved. Sometimes get approvals and contracts are sent back "signed" same day and deal is pending funding for 1 week or more and my rep at Empire keeps saying he doesn't do anything after 3pm (what's that about?). Merchant is waiting to be funded, everything is in order, but I'm not hearing anything back from Empire. Should I start submitting my high risk deals elsewhere? Any recommendations for a true Funder/Lender that funds High Risk deals?

    GHen,

I'd be more than happy to manage your submissions over here at Yellowstone. I can assure you that you won't have any trouble getting me on the phone for updates. If you're not already working with anyone over here at Yellowstone, please feel free to reach out.

Thanks guys for the quick response. I am signed up with YSC however I would send to Empire when YSC declined.

Try Mantis or Last Chance Funding for your high risk deals as well. CFG is great as well, ask for Lior.

Yeah I agree with Anthony. Mantis and LCF I hear good things about on high risk deal. We are also smack in the middle of that space.

cresthill is the best. All the merchants that are over leveraged, did lower payments on another lender, even fully defaulted they approve.Biggest issue i have with them is for first position they suck. I feel if they were second they will fund double then if they were first. Also speak with the underwriter direct always. Iso rep is either on drugs or completely delusional.

    NOOO!

You are already in shark infested waters!!!

This isn't the yellow brick road -- and there are no Scarecrow or Tinman out there to help you!

    You are ****ED!

Desperation (because u are) comes thru very easily and is pounced on! While some of the lenders that came to ur aid are usually somebody you can work with -- all bets are off now in a situation like this.

CFG Merchant Solutions is in the same space you are looking to place your deals. Give us a shot, you wont regret it. Im sure everyone here will vouch for us when it comes to timely responses with offers / Declines and overall funding.

Anthony from YSC is a cool dude, you would love working with him if you ever switch YSC reps.
