Can you create a separate forum just for people to discuss specific deals? I try to stay on top of the active threads here, but lately it has been watered down by people looking to place a specific deal and then 1000 brokers jumping in to tell them to send it to them.

I second that request. I'm tired of seeing "hello I have a merchant that does $100k per month and needs $20k. Do you know where I can get this deal done?" types of posts
