I have a personal friend and client with a 20 year old salon doing over 600k/yr, owner with 800 credit, also great business credit, clean financials and profitable every year.

The sole owner is interested in consolidating some light CC debt and hoping to get one simple payment with terms that beat his current CC rates. I'm assuming the rate for 50k is right at 6%, that would be ideal. Seeking around 50k or 51k if there's a volume threshold that must be met for the rate decrease. But no more.

I understand this isn't a super juicy deal and the SBA or SBA Express process takes a little longer than average, so if anyone is interested, please let me know how we can move forward. This will be an easier than normal deal given his excellent business profile. He is motivated, but he is also in no rush.

I'd prefer only working with associations/companies that deal with the SBA directly, no in between. Please let me know what the payout percentage will be on the deal and any questions, I'm happy to address.
