Yacht Deal who can do it ?
I have a Yacht deal, while i can do real estate all day yacht and planes are out of our wheel house, this is strictly an asset based deal so please dont send me a message saying "" I take a look at the File" and he's not looking for an mca, here are the details,
- 92' Choey Lee
- Needs: $350,000
- Appraised at $1.5M
- Replacement $3.6M
( Based on Lloyds of London policy )
seller is willing to part with yacht until debt is paid and possible placing the lender on the policy as loss payee. This is not a Borro or pledge cap deal and they can't do it...... so who can ?

I know, I'm thinking i should get out of real estate and into planes and yachts, there isn't any competition- and when you're dealing with the higher value items there's always a buyer if the deal goes south and you have a low ltv in the deal.
