What are the Best Syndication Platforms?

I run an MCA ISO out of South Florida and we've been in the space for a few years. We have about $500,000 to lend and would like to syndicate up to 50% prior to funding out own deals. We've known companies to use Colonial Funding Network and are not sure if they are still providing this service. Either way, we would like to know what are the best syndication platforms to use?

We have a few offers from smaller funders and welcome any criticism or advice on what or who to watch out for.

Sfs is the best because it is the most reliable and trustworthy....no one would ever worry that they will not see their RTR

A good platform would be like saying which airline is most reliable. You still need maintenance to be Superior and the pilots to be top notch and the best repair crew when a aircraft has mechanical issues. same with a funding house...you need sharp underwriting and more importantly verification on day of funding oh and (KEY) how to work with clients that hit turbulence.

I believe some time ago I was told they were bonded so in case of company default the RTR is protected etc.

Thank you for the responses. Do any of you have a good contact at Sfs?

Lendini & Quick Fix Capital has "No Fee" syndication up to 50% of the funding amount without having the 2% - 3% maintenance fee.

    ^^that's a great deal

Can anyone recommend syndication companies that will allow someone to syndicate with money only, no deals submitted just their capital? Paying a platform fee is fine, I just want to know if there are any reputable MCA firms that allow outside money with no deal flow? Thanks

I believe Psc does do something like that. Most lenders are very restrictive there since its such a great investment opportunity and they want as much as possible for themselves.

There are a couple, but they charge more on management fees since you are not the one bringing in the deal. I've seen MGT fees from 15% all the way up to 50% of the gross profit in these type of investor only situations.

Its a way for smaller funders to mitigate risk on high risk deals and still make money on the MGT fees.

What syndication platforms have actually been independently audited? That's what I want to know!

  19. #19
You really have to be able to audit the co you will syndicate with to make sure they are solvent. If they arent willing to release metrics to you how can you co invest on your deals? Because someone says were good for it? I would want to know the owner and co solvency and research any pending litigation past present and so much more to co fund with a company along with a iron clad contract that is mutually beneficial. Most agreements will read the other party owns the assets.

I know most large funding companies do have independent auditing firms do an audit...regarding actual syndication..my guess the large large companies that have outside Specialty finance funds as syndication partners probably had the staticpool audit.
