A Supermarket with 2 locations is never getting 1-2MM, primarily because they work on such thin margins. I had a supermarket one time bringing in 6MM gross, they offered me 250K....no way is 1MM happening. Margins are WAYY to thin.

I agree- $1m isn't happening with short duration lending. May want to try asset based lenders, Sba loans , or angel investors-

Credit Cash offers 150k to 5MM. Commission is 1-2% upfront and 10% of the margin. They request a lot of stips, but have low rates at high funding volume.
