    Cell Phone Store looking for 250k

    I have this deal, cell phone store. multiple locations all under same EIN

    3.2 mill in gross.
    has outstanding balance of 105k with larger funder in the MCA space.
    Looking to buy that out and net around 100-125k.
    looking for longer term of 12-18 months.
    current monthly payments are around 20k a month. Obviously wants something lower than that.
    Has outstanding fed and state tax lines but is on payment plan and can provide paperwork.

    i have pitched this to some of the larger MCA companies with no luck.

    need somone who will think outside the box.

    Phone store

    If your client has commercial receivables (most do) and is not representing a national phone carrier we might be able to help.
    Let me explain the comment about the phone carriers. It has been my experience that he carriers take a first lien position via a UCC-1 form on the companies that sell their service. Additionally most will also sell phones and equipment.
    I've tried to get the lien subordinated several times and couldn't do it.
