Wow you guys love watch yourselves write. I am looking for someone who has experience writing contracts and agreements. I have not been wronged by anybody in the MCA industry. As far as my previous posts each had a specific set of circumstances that I was involved in. Noob? Yea ok Im sorry I cant review df posts all day and disect because Im actually busy closing. Seriously you guys gotta either get a job or a very good hobby.

My advice is to do your own research and interview various business attorneys around your area, who specialize in the applicable area of law. Coming on this forum asking for "legal counsel" (not legal councel) isn't a best practice to employ.
