I wouldn't discredit the man so quickly. Have you had the opportunity to work with Dwayne from Yellowstone? I've had some tough clients, who couldn't get an offer from their own family. Dwayne got it done. He works 24/7 and his due diligence is second to no one! I wish I had 100 brokers like him. There's things to like and dislike about every lender/ISO.
