    real consolidations

I've followed this topic on here, but as we know every single month everything usually will shift. Curious who today is doing any sort of consolidation program.

    Any advice?

Try South End Capital. I haven't used them yet, but they seem to have an interesting program.

You've probably seen me around. ;-)

We regularly do consolidations. 12-30 month terms, monthly payments.

Clients can pay off any time after six months with no fees, penalties or interest (just pay off remaining principle).

Clients need a strong P&L and Balance Sheet.

$100k minimum, $2MM max funding amount.

We have $2.6MM of consolidations at contract stage presently, representing six separate clients.

Good rule of thumb for prequalification: For every $100k of funding requested, we need to see a minimum of $13k/month of net income.

Feel free to reach out if you would like to discuss.

    Best,

Do you actually buy out the positions? Potentially turning a C paper to A paper
Or do you just inject capital every week to cover the daily payments and free up the cash flow and cause more debt? Turning it into F%$ paper?

Following up.. South End is really just doing SBAs in order to consolidate, they do a 50k minimum daily also. They don't seem to be very organized and there isn't any sales support.
