    I need offers

    Ok, so I'm fairly new to the industry, I have an application for 150k for a homecare clinic in Cali with a yearly revenue of 2 millions. Anyone wanna make an offer?

    Everyone is simply asking you to submit to them without addressing your concern. Be prepared

    Everything in this industry is broken down monthly, so let's talk about monthly revs, as opposed to annual gross.

    $2 mm = $167K as month. For your merchant to get $150K and only be doing $167K a month is GROSS deposits, there had better be some really healthy avg daily balances in the banks.

    $80-100K is much more realistic

    Agreed. This is def a $100k deal. I can't think of anyone that wouldn't look at it.

    Not true in reality it is a 100k deal but i have seen some lenders go as high as 20% of the gross sales. The statements have to be squeaky clean to qualify. Ill take a look and tell you if its something that can be done or not jcabreja@mcamerchant.com
