Currently getting good flow on SBA caliber merchants.

SmartBiz is really the main player I know of. They allow you to essentially pass it off and pay 2pts anyway.

Am I missing out on a better process, approval percentage, or compensation?

Here's the deal. If your well versed in sba and can actually process the file yourself then there are other options. If you don't know how to spell sba and figure out dscr as well as all the other nuances- stay at smartbiz

Newtek is a great company as well. They currently process the largest volume of SBA loans.

If I can pull a trimerge credit report and calculate NOI / Debt Service to get a DSCR of 1.2 or greater supplying three years of biz and personal financials - personal financial statement and detailed debt schedule where should I be looking?

I appreciate the advice and would gladly be more involved in the deals if they'd be more lucrative as I was on an SBA desk for a traditional previously.

If you were previously on an SBA desk, you know these deals aren't "lucrative" and fees are restricted. It's a volume game, have to do lots of them to make real money. Try Celtic and Umpuqua Bank in addition to Newtek mentioned above.

best program is the ones that take over for you, to much work for too little commission.
