I was told by a close source to the company that former Pearl owners Abe and Meir now own Kings Cash.

Is that who owns it? I was told it was someone that used to be at YSC. Regardless, I'm a fan of their pricing.

What is their pricing like? I have seen them pop up on statements before but haven't looked much further into it. PM me if you don't want to post it on the board, thanks.

They do make very good offers and pay up to 14 I believe at 1.43. The last deal one of my ISO's did with them was a 6 month term.

    Hey SF & West Coast,

First of all, Bruce is awesome! What I heard was that Abe and Meir purchased equity in the company, however Mike and Albert are still the managing partners of KCG. I'm pretty sure they now have a ton of money to fund more

Yeah, apparently they've merged with cash crunch, and will offer really short term offers now, too. Like 2 month terms. I like what Kings is doing. So many new companies step into the space and offer no creativity. These guys are bringing creative products that can compete.

what is creative about paying 14% on a 1.43 6 month deal? or doing a 2 month term to lower the buy rate to let's say... 1.15?

sounds like the least creative thing imaginable not to mention i can name 3 companies off the top of my head that have been doing that for at least 2 years.

Actually, the creativity comes in their aggressive pricing/funding amounts, even if (especially) they know the merchant is going to fund with a longer term in front of them.

I know all the peeps at King's Cash. They are good people. Their box is 1-4th positions up to a few hundred thousand at a 1.29 buy rate.

They don't do auto sales anymore, and hopefully nobody else still does.

Nothing wrong with the concept of used auto sales. I don't know anyone that consistently made money funding them. Most that do fund eventually stop.

10% gross margin, 1% net margin is what's wrong with auto sales. pass-through revenue.

i was doing them for a while too but i've learned my lesson just as KCG has as well.

hard to say my friend. you have a book, why don't you tell us? i would say any of the major restricted industries - a lot of lenders ban trucking, financial services, real estate, etc - i suppose any type of broker-type of revenue or pass through revenue such as insurance because the deals are over priced and the offer inflated. low margin aside - nearly 60% of small businesses have a "low margin" but i'd say the ones with a very low cash flow are unable to keep up with high daily payments
