You can't put lipstick on a pig...while Dan Page (a hell of a guy -- but his long term program will put many to sleep) may be one option, more than likely this merchant is done. Caput. Finnito. Finished.
Move on...don't waste your time on rotten product.

We do a good number of them at Lendvo but but we have some tough criteria they need to meet:
- 3 years+ in business
- Combined balances are max 80% of monthly deposits
- Max 2 negative days in last 60 days of banking
- We must be able to reduce new daily/weekly payment at minimum by 60%
- 650+ FICO

Totally agree Chambo, those requirements kill 80% of the consolidation opportunities we see @ Lendvo. However, if the merchant meets them we can be very aggressive on no-net consolidations, and have gone up to 12mo out. If you blindly consolidate these guys without a margin of safety the result will not be pretty.

"Business Debt Adjusters" cites the same business address (120 Sylvan Avenue, Englewood Cliffs) as Creditors Relief who is currently being sued by Pearl Capital for tortious interference.

Biggest issue is if a new lender takes out first 3 and the business goes belly up...they now owe for a huge amount. That's why they all rather go with a smaller 3rd..4th..etc.

I do most of my work with a boutique funder that will consolidate smaller positions up to 10K each. Max funding up to 60K. Doesn't necessarily need to net anything. He consolidated a YS and Mantis for me the other day, it happened to also be a corporate turnaround file

Wow, I didn't think anybody would be funding corporate turnaround files.
Let's hear a little more about this "boutique funder" that's consolidating trash. Does he have a hotmail address?
