As the subject suggested I'm looking to send referrals for Occupied Investment Property Acquisitions & General Real Estate purchases. I'd like to be able to send my clients to an expert in that space who will be able to handle the deal appropriately and be my go to partner for that sort of stuff. I've been getting quite a few inquiries lately and I need to do something with them.

I'm not looking to learn it, to sign up as a stated income mortgage broker - I'm looking for somebody that will pay me for a handoff the way I do with equipment financing deals.
