    100K+ per month business in repayment plan looking for loan w/new officer

    I have a Client who defaulted and is currently in a repayment plan. There is another Officer of the company with excellent credit who is looking for a loan ($150K). Business is residential healthcare with monthly deposits from the government of $105K. Will anyone touch this? Let's assume the new officer doesn't have collateral-just a personal guarantee.

    yeah. I had a deal where merchant defaulted and paid if off in full over 12 months ago., Still could not place the deal MCA. Only chance was an invoice factoring company. Maybe if enough AR to payoff balance of current payment plan
