CA Finance Annual Report Filing
I am filing this right now. Do we need to file this, since we are not actually loaning money, but rather buying future sales at a discounted rate? Or lets say the deals i did are all MCA, and not ACH deals. Does that make a difference on if i should file or not?
Just wondering, because this report is 50 pages long, and dont want to hassle with the state.
Thanks for any input on this.

Call Paul Riandi, Esq, http://www.riandalaw.com/. He's reliable, professional California Counsel, when it comes to the MCA space.
Paul has a white paper/article floating around somewhere on the web, that addresses this issue-
