Hello All,

I have a client I am having trouble securing funding for .. It's an assisted living center, been around since 1994. Averages about $20/23k a month. Super clean statements, not one NSF, no negative days. Use of funds is for expansion. Her credit is not good. This owner needs the money, like yesterday. I feel like she'll take any reasonable offer. So if anyone is willing to potentially take this on, please reach out. Thanks.

Its going to boil down to:

- what are her average daily balances and,
- how many deposits is she getting a month?

This will tell an uw how healthy the business is (and help to look past the personal credit).

If you can answer those two, I'll send you a recommendation of who to send it to.

I fund these types of files all day.

Seems like an easy file to get funded. I guessing the credit is more challenged than our typical sub-500 deals?
