Do yo have a restaurant client that is looking to sell ?

We are looking for two things -

1) restaurant with gross sales of 3M in the south Florida Market ( North Palm Beach to Broward County), Cash buyer looking to close quickly, concept isn't an issues.

2) we have an equity group that is looking for a multi unit concept minimum of 2 or more - again all cash deal, owner stays on with percentage ownership and fantastic salary - investor will provide all the necessary funds to expand locations and eventually sell to a larger equity group.

recent closing with equity group: local restaurant concept with 5 leased locations, deal started out at 8M asking price, they negotiated to $16M + $500k salary for the existing owner and 10% of company and future locations.

the restaurant purchase is critical, he would like to find something within the next 2 weeks and close quickly - points available.

I know this isnt the forum for this but i figured someone has a client that is looking to sell. brokers im sure you have someone that is looking to sell, and they would provide a nice finders fee to bring them a buyer or investor.
