Post $30MM per year Healthcare Business needs Expansion Capital

I am looking for a Unitranche lender to get consolidation or cash flow infusion of $750,000 within the next seven days. This healthcare business is strong and government backed, 70% of its business it builds to bed Medicare. With a payroll of almost $1 million every two weeks and new contracts rolling in the door at an accelerated rate cash flow is needed to consolidate debt and open up more cash flow as well as provide funds needed. I have everything that you need to verify your validate. Does anyone know of any companies work for our own any companies that could provide a quick financing solution?

    Whoelse?,

Sure there are lenders that can deploy capital swiftly as long as the circumstances and/or collateral speak to deploying it. Healthcare and Healthcare receivables can often time have a diluted component to arrive at the net. The Balance Sheet and existing debt structure, along with the DSCR will drive the direction of the file.

From a revenue- or purchase of future receivables structure, it again it falls back to the details.

To provide a true Unitranche facility (combining Senior and subordinated debt) within 5 business days appears to be challenging

I agree with Richard. It's not too unusual for medical accounts receivable to be diluted by 40-50%
If you could tell us a bit more about the company those of us who are secured lenders will be able to give you much better answers.
I'm not as optimistic as Richard about timing. Perhaps I need to find out who he's dealing with.
My experience tells me you are looking at a longer time for both lenders to go thru credit.
Please describe the company debt structure in particular unencumbered assets.

Try a factoring company that specializes in medical receivables. But that amount may take at least 15 days.
