Our client, real estate company, is looking for $1mil collateral loan. they have plenty of property to use as collateral. The properties are free and clear.

they have a purchase agreement in place to sell off one of their industrial plants and the administration building for $1.750.000.00, balance owed to from the purchaser is $1.625.000.00. they have this amount with a payment plan for two year so they would like to structure the funding as to the counter offer from the purchaser.

They looking for 5-7% deal. They already have 10% offer on the table.
