What's your estimate on the tax penalty incurred since the end of the extension? Did he not pay anything for 2015 along the way (estimated)? Sounds like they are looking to fund that liability.

Majority of my underwriters never ask for tax returns.

Sorry for the late response to this post, just came across it. The only stips I would need here are driver's license, void check, and business license, nothing more. If they recently took 500k as you posted then 250k on a second is very doable pending their ending daily balances.
