Hi Nash,
How much was he funded by On Deck? Sounds like a very easy deal and the ONLY stips I would need would be a driver's license, void check, and business license, nothing more. I will fund this in 1 day and will work with you on terms too, it WILL NOT be a 60-100 day deal. I can certainly do much better than that behind a 3 year On Deck deal. WBL can lend 2-3X the borrower's gross monthly deposit volume for multiple-year terms, even in second or third position.
