If the Contractor is billing commercial clients and does not have any other debt on balance sheet aside from 120k in advances this is a quick fix..

If his net income is at least $15k/mo. (which is reasonable margin, given his industry) and the rest of his financials look good, this is likely something we can do.

I do not stack on other lenders so we would need to pay off the first.

He can also pay me off at any time after six months, with no fees, penalties or interest for some pretty significant savings.
