Seriously, a soft approval means nothing until the fat lady sings and there are plenty of funding ops that will let you fund through them without the Ca license, just research (even in this forum).

You sure about that? SFS wouldn't even look at any deals I sent them until a CFLL was on file

You need a CFLL to work through our ISO program. If you dont qualify they will not give you one. We can push it through our MRP program that does not require a CFLL. You will not need to file anything to get the approval.

Based off what you wrote, 75k+ should not be an issue at all as long as they have daily ending balances that could support a daily payment. Also, you not having a CA broker license is not an issue to us whatsoever. IF you are not already set up with a rep over here at Yellowstone, please feel free to reach out.
