Ive searched the search bar for lenders who cater to law firms and not too many come up.
Current situation lawyer is looking for about $200k to hire two new workers. Has good income over 3m year in deposits showing in statements over 950k in net income on p&ls...Now the issue I am running into is because he is lawyer, he puts a healthy amount of revenue in trust accounts and he is not the beneficiary in them. So deposits show 3m verifiable, but all his other income upwards of about 7-8mill we can't prove. Same with assets. Has over 15mill in real estate but not in his name in a a trust name. His personal tax returns also show a ridiculous loss for the very same reasons he writes everything off and everything else is not in his name.
