    Minimum Bank Statements for California?

Does California require ISO's and lenders to collect a minimum of six months of merchant bank statements?

Assuming that is pertaining to loans only? I know 6 CA MCA (advance) companies off the top of my head that still accept 3 months for CA deals.

Several MCA companies and ISO's claim six months is required by law, but no one can show me the law explicitly stating six months of bank statements is required. Do you have the section of the code that sets this standard?

There isn't any law requiring 6 months bank statements in Cali.
