Hi Viper,

I am a direct funder and fund a lot of construction. I do not stack though...so would need to pay off the first position.

I'm a direct funder but not a MCA lender so do things a lot differently.

Monthly payment, minimum $100k, max $2MM. Client can pay off any time after six months with no fees, penalties or interest (pay principle only and they are out).

My primary driver for prequalification is Net Income. For every $100k of desired funding, we need to see monthly net income of at least $13k.
