    second position construction $250k or better

    have a merchant that has 3 yr construction company that is looking for a second for $250k or better

    would like to payoff first for $200k and get a first for $400k or better

    one owner credit 700
    avg monthly deposits $750k
    avg bal $20k
    5 to 10 deposits
    3 years in business

    need 8 to 12 months for second
    any suggestions
