Dodd Frank is only federal, I believe individual state laws will still apply where they dont directly conflict with a federal law. This removes restrictions from the federal level so I would think this would just make the individual state laws more important, more relevant.. I think

After years of stability in the financial sector, along with the sector being in great shape, I'm not sure I'm in a rush to see depositor money used to speculate.

West coast... I semi agree. I am thinking about my pockets , not the good of all.

And short term profits...ill never know the answer to all this,hurts my brain to try to think my/our way out of it.... this is why I am a lowly mca broker trying to make my way. Seeing short term/mid term strategies .
