I searched the threads, and I know this has come up-but besides LoanMe, who funds brokers?

I fund mortgage brokers but unfortunately he is too small for us.

    Hopefully the next one Sigmund!

Thanks Dan. I knew this one wasn't in your bucket. And thanks for looking at the other file as well.

My first two stops would be Breakout and Everest, in that order. If neither of them approve just reply or shoot me a message, there are plenty of C/D options.

Side note I have also funded a few mortgage companies with Credibly, but when I just went back and looked at the specific deals, all of them were also doing other services in addition to mortgages (property rental, preservation/maintenance services, etc), so I'm not sure if they would do a 100% mortgage broker.

Ahh sorry now that I actually fully read your post, the 8 negative days in October would probably kill it most places. If I were you I would have a conversation with the client about how January is going so far (get a MTD), if they are under 3 negative days I would encourage them to wait until the January statement is out so you can get them the best product. Most funders will look at that October and insta kill, that way you can present Nov-January. I would also request payback months ahead of time on this one, everything else about this deal is borderline except TIB.

Thanks for the advice fundingczar. As a side note, October only has 2 negative ending days, not 8.

Ahh that was part of ADB? Makes more sense. In that case I would go with all of the above options. If you don't get a decent approval from one of them just shoot me a message, I know quite a few other places that would be interested.
