If the borrower has real estate and deposits more than $25,000 we can consider it. Also, if they have invoices, we can use those to demonstrate income in many cases.

Mantis would fund with 10 weeks (as in 3 months of statements with the understanding that sales started on the 12th of month or etc.)....

No joke here Sir. Do not appreciate your NY bravado. ISO got 30K approval on a company with November and December banks. Company started 10/21/15. I couldn't do it. HVAC startup with strong banks and multiple, five figure deposits. We passed on it due to time in business. I was surprised too. So surprised I called the merchant myself since I thought ISO was full of it ...he got funded. If the banks are clean and deal makes sense, Everest will apparently do it with two months in business.

Sorry to hear that. My ISO said it was a clean deal, a paper. All I know is the company started 10/19, had nothing really in October and then complete Nov.& Dec. banks. Credit over 750 and avg. dailies on banks 9K with 50K in deposits, no negative days or nsfs. Also merchant provided contracts over the next 90 days totaling over 200K. It may have been an above average file for them to fund it!

What kind of business was yours RDav?
