insidesales makes a power dialer that integrates with sales force. NLF uses it http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=908qF-ea9Kw

I thought the recent changes to the TCPA basically made it impossible to use an autodialer anymore. Now that the preexisting business exception is gone, the use of old sales force leads are restricted now too.

Salesforce Power Dialer
That is a common misconception about TCPA compliance. Under the TCPA rules you cannot dial a wireless number unless that person specifically opted their number in to be called by your specific company, using an auto dialer. Landlines and business phones are not affected by this rule.

I purchased Pocket Dialer with the expectations of a cheap 20 application, however after utilizing it and it's added features. It's an amazing way to reach your client base and campaign, outside of the office, or for those that work at home. I think the pocket dialer is a great application for those looking to make money on the move cold calling, and all you need is a WiFi connection, to go hard on it and not kill your data. highly recomended.

I was actually on the phone with PowerDialer by salesforce and demo'ing their product. You might as well hand-dial the leads and just get a crm. PowerDialer claims to be a smart dialer but it just goes down the list calling people and you have to actually press dial. There's better software out there.
