Looking for a Rate Factoring Lender. Company has almost 2 million dollars in the pipeline. Problem I have is Merchant has no tax returns but has really good contracts with Dollar tree Verizon Samsung Etc. Revs are great 200K+ Fico is 750+ Currently has a daily payment and i have an approval for 50K on a second but with the current contracts and A/R is worth a lot more than 50K....

If the borrower owns real estate, WBL considers utilizing invoices to show the borrower's capacity to repay. I have approved a $200,000 deal for a borrower with $50,000 of monthly revenue because they had solid invoices.

How does this work. Lets say the Property still has an amount owed of 380,000 and its worth approx 800k. Does the initial loans get paid off first?
