    You need a lot more specifics for anyone to respond intelligently.

    What is the financial status of the company?
    What are their debts
    What are they looking for?
    Etc.

    I did a deal like that with Rapid. funded him $1.4 million over two years.....then oil went bust last year, he struggled with payments, and now on a payment plan

    The fluctuating price of Oil can be a deal breaker on this industry
