One of my reps confirmed they were backdooring about a month ago,...he even sent a fake file and they called the phone number he put down to see if they'd call him and try to sell him and they did......so this wouldn't surprise me.....

backdooring does go on everywhere, but I don't know what's worse - backdooring a deal or sending a fake file to a funder requesting capital. That really has some legal criminal implications (fraud, forgery)...

An ISO just told me he has an 8 month offer from Knight as a 3rd. Credit and numbers are very good, but is that offer realistic?

Knight usually does 6 month max but if the deals good enough, why not.
