Yes, but ML Factors are a bunch of crooks. Every deal I sub to them gets backdoored or resubmitted to YSC. Tread carefully. I'd only submit if you're 100% going to close with them. Then cross your fingers you make those points you agreed to with him.

I feel like every approval we have had from him, on 2nd-3rd positions, we're syndicated. His own approvals on 2nd-3rd's were ridiculously priced with high fees. They're only good if you're putting a merchant out of business with that final 5th-7th position. That's ML Factors' real sweet spot.
