MCA Attorney
Hi Folks, New and a very small player in this field, need your expertise and advise.
I am looking for some advise and general guide lines on putting together a MCA agreement. If anyone has some samples or can provide me with some contact info for attorneys who deal exclusively in this MCA environment. Also interested in some good and reputable collection companies. Thank You all in advance. I am in California SFO and my contact info umaharaj@gmail.comLast edited by umaharaj; 05-01-2014 at 06:04 PM.

I've dealt with Paul Rianda a few times. He seems pretty knowledge of the industry. He also did an article in last month's DailyFunder. paul@riandalaw.com (949) 261-7700.
As to collection agencies, it's pretty hit and miss. Just be sure you find an agency that focuses on commercial collections rather than consumer. The FDCPA regulations that consumer shops have to deal with don't apply in our industry.
