I am a direct funder and do a lot of MCA consolidation.

Monthly payment. Minimum funding $100k, max $2MM.

12-30 month term. Early payoff at six months with no fees, penalties or interest (client just pays remaining principle and they are out).

I am not a MCA lender so approach funding quite differently, looking first at client profitability. We make sure there are actual profits (imagine that!) for the company to meet their monthly obligations. If that looks good, we look to the balance sheet and make sure the client is solvent. So it is more of an effort than obtaining another MCA but we can fund deals that others cannot.

And we are willing to look outside the box. Right now we have a $2MM deal on the table where there are five separate companies with six bank accounts, consolidating them all into one funding.

Good rule of thumb: For every $100k of funding desired, we need to see at least $13k of monthly net income.
