I have an existing client that has been with me for three months and is current with his payments to me.

He is moving his business to a new location, saving about $6k monthly on his lease. He is seeking an additional $40k but he is too early in his relationship with us to qualify for additional funding. He is honoring his no-stack clause with us and reached out to me.

His early buyout discount with me is $91k. I told him I would reach out to my network to see if a reputable funder would be interested in paying me off and providing him with an additional $40k, for total funding of $131k.

He is based in Illinois and is a specialty tool distributor, in business for twenty years.

I have six months of banks here and he regularly deposits $50k+ monthly with the exception of the December Holiday (not many clients are buying tools in Dec).

I don't have his credit but can get it for serious parties.

My strong first desire is to have him pay us off and get the full $131k. If that is not possible, I'd be willing to entertain letting someone fund behind me for this client.

Funding must happen this week.
