Looking for someone who will do a land deal in North Dakota? Seems like its a restricted state due to oil. Properties estimated worth is $220K, property is selling for $47K an acre without improvements, however, merchant added water to his property. (There's no buildings on the property, this is strictly land) He's interested in borrowing off of it while he finds a buyer over next couple months. He would be happy with 30 to 40% of the appraised value.
