We only help clients who are already in default or are very close to it.
These people would have defaulted anyways.
There is room for all of us.

When collections fails to collect, we don't cost you money.
We create value where there otherwise wouldn't be any.
These are the clients we're interested in.

I would hope most of the people on here when they have collections accounts work with the bank to get them turned back on so the bank who funded the deal collects all of their money.. Not work with you so you can try to settle with the bank for cents on the dollar and make a profit on the funding banks loss. You said above send us your consolidations, when you consolidate do you pay 100% of the money owed to the banks??? Since I am sure the answer is no then it is not a consolidation its you taking a merchant who is in one bad situation and moving them to another bad situation while making a profit a screwing over anyone who gave them the original advances... Dont come on here a try to sell us this nonsense that you are just helping people

lmfao.
Guys it's not defaulting it's restructuring!
COMPLETELY DIFFERENT!

so RESTRUCTURING is what we call it when a merchant screws over a bank.. Call it what you want I promise you if a bank finds out that you sent a deal of theirs to a company like this without getting an ok from the original funding bank they will turn you off and not accept deals from the ISO anymore.

Stacking...The struggle is REAL!
I am assuming that you are a licensed debt settlement company. What exactly is your company name, where are you located and confirm that you are licensed.

What a childish statement. We all have our ideas of how the world should work. Clients default, mediate or arbitrate. Which is best?

Yet the court system allows it anyway. IE: chap 7 or 13 or 11 or any of the other chapters....come on grow up.
-

yet the courts are allowed to do it and the person pays a price for taking the bankruptcy, this is just the merchant screwing people over with the help of a company and having no consequences for doing it.. You are trying to put lipstick on a pig, there is no way to spin this that makes it right

What we're doing is good for the merchant. If they go into bankruptcy, the lender doesn't get a dime.
Not to mention that they eventually become A or B paperLast edited by luisr1080; 01-13-2017 at 04:49 PM.

What price? Cents on the dollar or total liquidation. Welcome to capitalism. It becomes a negotiation of which thousands of companies do every day. Doesn't mean the negotiating companies are demons. A workout is normal. Companies that specialize in it are not "demons". Grow up.

I kinda like that return but the defaults are high so I don't make that much. Made 25% last year. Still good.

Economic foundation is fragile. Is it a sound practice to lend at these rates to people or merchs that can't borrow otherwise? NOT! But the yield is good. A lot of countries have decided that they don't like the US dollar. But they still lend to us too. It's very fluid. Almost like day trading.

Look up AIID, voted in 3 weeks ago replacing US dominance. Replacing Bretton Woods. Changing IMF. Yet we still lend.
