What do you mean by "new 1st position." Does he have a 1st that you are looking for a buy-out or is this a 1st position?

Factoring may be his solution. As factors we have totally different concerns than the MCA market place.
What is their specially?
Are the prime or subs?
Who are their customers?
Are there any liens against the business?

Sounds like a very hard deal to do, love how people are saying that they can get it done. 1st position construction, low credit score, only cash advance payment history is a default that resulted in a judgement on their credit report. Not trying to be a Debbie Downer, just don't understand why people say they can do something that they know is next to impossible. Either way, good luck with getting this funded.

True it is an auto decline for everyone if merchant has previous default on MCA.
But hey even one of your buddies at YSc says they can do it!

lol yea I saw that, no idea who's email that is. Just a heads up for him, if you fund that deal IN HOUSE knowing it defaulted on a past advance and it defaults on us, guess who's responsible for that balance. Might want to think twice, I'm sure that brokercompany is more than capable of brokering his own deals and doesn't need you to do it for him.
